What You Will Work On

A lot of work and coordination went into making this deal happen.
First we had to get the lead and process their information. Then, we had to work with the seller to coordinate a plan to help ensure a smooth and fair offer process. After going “under contract” our disposition team had to ensure we would close the deal on time and without any issues. After closing, we cleaned out the house and converted it into a rental.
This is just one of many deals we do each year. There were over 30 parties involved in making this happen (inspectors, lenders, tenants, electricians, contractors, etc.) and our business needs more help to coordinate and process the homes we are continuing to buy!
